The download of the update program is needed to enable the communication between the memory card attached to your computer and the Navicore Update service. After the program has started the update procedure will proceed automatically.
Help with Internet Explorer
When you click on the 'Download now' button on the web page, Internet Explorer asks you to run or save the program. Click run and the program will automatically start after it has been downloaded. If you click save you will need to run the program manually after saving it.
Help with firewalls
In some cases the firewall settings might block the downloads of all executable files. If you cannot download the 'navicore.exe' program please modify your firewall settings so that you can download the file or contact your company's IT department for help
Help with Mozilla Firefox
When you click on the 'Download now' button on the web page, Mozilla Firefox asks you to save the program. Click ok. After downloading the program run the program from the location you saved it.
